1) Om

Meaning: Om is the universe’s sound or vibration. This is the only major mantra and significance in the East. It is beyond start or end and symbolizes Vishnu, Brahma, and Shiva’s trinity.

What it does: Singing om leads us to a quiet and equilibrated state. The vibration helps the mind to unlock and concentrate on the moment.

2) Om Mani Padme Hum

What it does: This is a powerful mantra that helps to release anger and hate, and above all, it says that everyone deserves what we all want. This can change our way of thinking subtly to be much quieter and ready to give love.

5) Om Gum Ganapatayei Namaha

Meaning: “I bow to Ganesh,” the remover of obstacles, means “Om Gum Ganapatayei Namah. I pray that you will protect and bless. Ganesh symbolizes the qualities within ourselves, whether inside (like negative thoughts) or outside (an important interview), that can overcome difficult difficulties.

What it does: It is very empowering to affirm your capacity to overcome problems. Although it may not be the easiest way to take, difficulties have been overcome – even if that is the true lesson in defeat or loss.
